In general, you can visit the microflon.com website without providing any personal information. Under no circumstances are you required to share this information with Microflon.

However, if you refuse, you may not be able to access certain information or services you requested. In such cases, Microflon may ask you to provide your name, first name, email address, phone number, company, and position. By providing this information, you expressly agree that it will be processed by Microflon for the purposes indicated in point 2 below.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) adopted by the European Parliament on April 14, 2016, and the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 (amended), you are informed of the following:

You have the right to access your personal information. Due to obligations regarding security and confidentiality in processing personal data, Microflon requires proof of identity, such as a scanned copy of a valid ID (for requests via the online form) or a signed photocopy (for written requests).

Microflon reserves the right to reject manifestly abusive requests (e.g., due to quantity, repetitive, or systematic nature).

Under this right, you may request correction, updating, locking, or deletion of data that may be inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete. You may also set directives regarding the handling of personal data after your death, which heirs may enforce if necessary.

This right may only be exercised in the following cases:

1. When based on legitimate grounds; or
2. When intended to prevent data from being used for commercial prospecting.

• 6. Response time

Microflon commits to respond to access, rectification, objection, or any other information requests within a reasonable time, not exceeding 1 month from receipt.

• 7. Authorized service providers and transfer outside the EU

Microflon uses authorized service providers to facilitate collection and processing of your data. These providers may be located outside the European Union and have access to data collected through various site forms (except forms for exercising your GDPR rights, managed by Microflon).

• 8. Complaints to the competent authority
